KS3 MFL
Our intention is to provide our students with the knowledge they need to be successful and confident communicators in their chosen foreign language subject. Through learning a variety of topics and grammatical structure in depth, students will gain a rich web of knowledge, promoting a deep understanding of the subjects they learn. Practising the four skills as well as communicating in a variety of tenses, underpins our curriculum and fosters success, both in school and beyond. Ultimately, our intention is that RGS students are truly global citizens who have excellent linguistic skills and a wonder of the world that surrounds them.
Students will be allocated either Spanish or French on arrival at RGS and will carry this language through to GCSE.
